This glow-in-the-dark (GID) paint is water-based and can be shipped internationally in addition to all 50 states.
Our supplier uses only Grade 0 or Grade 1 pigments at a ratio of 2 lbs of phosphorescent pigment to 1 gallon of medium. This is a quality product.
