The mercury-filled (Hg) glass thermometer is 30 cm (11 7/8") in length.
Temperature measures are etched in black with a white background. Readings are in degrees Celsius or centigrade a measurement range of -10° C to 110° C. While the thermometer is not marked in Fahrenheit, this corresponds to 14°F to 230°F.
The top of the thermometer includes a glass loop.
In the event of breakage, please dispose of this thermometer properly as it is filled with mercury (Hg).
Before purchasing a Hg thermometer, take a few moments to read through the EPA directions for cleaning up a small mercury spill.
