Here is a replica of the PT-109 gunboat upon which Pres. John F. Kennedy served during WW II. (Educators: a fun addition to a history chapter, while covering buoyancy and heat physical science topics.)

An accessory pack included with each boat contains a bulb water primer, fuel holder, and a fuel candle. Additional candles may be purchased.

Not a young child's toy! Some edges may be sharp and, of course, an open flame is required to run the steam engine. These boats should be suited for most 13 years old and up, younger with a guardian "shipmate." Also, please note that design colors may vary.
