Steam heat radiators really put out the heat - and the noise!

The amount of energy required to turn water 212° F (100° C) water into 212° F steam (100° C) is the secret to the effectiveness of this heating system. This 'latent heat of vaporization' really kicks up the heat output over hot water based systems.
