Square and his adventures in Spaceland (three dimensions), Lineland (one dimension) and Pointland (no dimensions). A. Square also entertains thoughts of visiting a land of four dimensions — a revolutionary idea for which he is banished from Spaceland.

We highly recommend this book which has been a favorite of ours for many years. By grasping the idea of life in two-dimensions it becomes possible to conceive of a four or higher dimensional reality.
